Using our tools
ToolBexa provides document, image, writing, developer, media and calculation utilities. You are responsible for choosing the right tool, keeping backups and checking the result before relying on it. Availability and limits can change; third-party tools depend on their providers and remaining API credits.
Your files and content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us and the processing providers only the permission needed to carry out your requested operation. Upload only material you own or are authorized to process. You are responsible for obtaining permission from people whose personal information or photographs appear in your files.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for unlawful content, infringement, fraud, impersonation, malicious code or unauthorized access. Do not bypass rate limits, exhaust shared processing capacity, extract API credentials or attempt to access another user's information. We may restrict abusive activity to keep tools available.
Accuracy and professional use
Tools are provided as available, without a promise of perfect accuracy, uninterrupted operation or suitability for every purpose. AI output can contain errors. Financial and health calculators are estimates for general information, not professional advice. Photo and signature outputs must be checked against the receiving authority's current requirements.
Third parties and advertisements
Third-party APIs, links and advertisements are subject to their providers' terms. An ad does not imply an endorsement. We do not require ad clicks or purchases to download a tool result. Optional Pro features are subject to quotas and available service credits.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ToolBexa is not responsible for loss resulting from unverified outputs, file incompatibility, downtime or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and questions
