1. Browser-based tools

Many PDF, image, text and developer utilities process inputs locally in your browser. These tools do not upload their inputs to our application server as part of their processing. Temporary previews and downloads can remain in browser memory until you leave the page; saved downloads remain on your device.

2. Features that upload information

Background removal and passport photo preparation upload the selected photo to our server. Free processing uses our local AI engine, shared with ResultIndia on the same server. If you choose Pro quality, the photo is sent to Clipdrop's API. Media tools upload audio or video to our server for conversion. PDF compression, password protection and password removal also upload the selected PDF for server processing. Uploaded media is processed in temporary files and removed after the request finishes, including failed requests. Background images are processed in memory rather than added to a permanent photo library.

AI writing tools send the text you submit to the configured provider (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini) when the service is available. Blog drafting also sends its topic and editor notes to the selected provider and can use its hosted web search. Do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential records or sensitive identity documents. Third-party processing is also governed by the provider's policies; review Clipdrop's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy, OpenAI's privacy policy and Anthropic's privacy policy before using their features.

3. Support, security and service records

If you contact us, we store the name, reply email and message you provide so an administrator can review and respond. We do not publish these messages. Our hosting server records request information such as IP address, time, requested URL, browser information and errors for reliability and security. Logs are rotated under our server's retention settings. We use rate limits and limited usage counters to protect services and API credits.

4. Cookies and local storage

Your browser may store theme, language, recent tools and interface preferences. A signed-in administrator receives an essential, secure session cookie. See the Cookie Policy for details and controls. We do not use local storage to store your uploaded documents or API secrets.

5. Google AdSense and advertising

If Google ads are enabled on this website, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies, IP addresses, web beacons or similar identifiers to serve and measure advertisements based on visits to this and other websites. Google's advertising cookies can enable personalized advertising. You can manage personalized ad preferences at My Ad Center and learn how Google uses partner-site information at Google's partner-sites policy. Other participating vendors offer choices at YourAdChoices. Where required, advertising must wait for the applicable consent choice. A privacy page alone does not provide advertising consent.

6. External resources and sharing

Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, which receives ordinary request information. We share submitted data with processing providers only when needed for the requested feature, and may disclose information if required by applicable law. We do not sell your uploaded files. External links and third-party ads have their own policies.

7. Your choices and contact

You can avoid server-based tools, clear browser storage, block cookies or contact us to request access to or deletion of information you submitted. Use the contact form and identify your earlier message without including unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify a request before acting. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

8. Children and policy changes

ToolBexa is a general-purpose utility website and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us. We update this policy when our services or data practices change; the latest version and date appear here.
